Deprag's selection of precision screwdrivers is extensive
We have hand held or machine mounted precision screwdriver products, pneumatic or electric as well as straight, angle head or pistol grip torque control screwdrivers available. Deprag's range provides a precision screwdriver for every need. They feature a high torque accuracy of at least ±3% standard deviation ensuring a high quality screw joint.
The DEPRAG product line offers not only the perfect handheld precision screwdriver for the industrial mass production, but also a wide assortment of stationary torque controlled screwdrivers for automatic assembly machines. Process reliability starts with the selection of a suitable tool. Every manufacturer tries to avoid quality issues as a result of faulty assembly. Should a product recall occur because of a faulty screw-connection, then the economical damage will be significant. Besides training of staff and the use of high quality materials, selection of the correct adjustable torque precision screwdriver for the application plays a major role to ensure reliability in the assembly process.

MINIMAT ED: Simple flexible programmable Electric drive with current control, programmable torque, speed . Optional I/O module for connection to a PLC, more flexibilty and storage of final values friction tightening
MINIMAT PLUS: Programmable Electric drive with current control, programmable torque, speed and angle, storage and transmission of final values. Industry 4.0 ready. Optional Friction or clamp force tightening with torque accuracy of ±2%
MINIMAT EC-SERVO: Programmable Electric Servo drive with current control as well as an integrated torque transducer, programmable torque, speed and angle, storage and transmission of final values. Industry 4.0 ready. Optional Friction or clamp force tightening with torque accuracy of ±1%
