MINIMAT-EC-Servo screwdriver spindle in connection with the sequence controller AST30 enables free programming of the screw-tightening process and offer maximal flexibility und process reliability. Within the performance range of each spindle torque, speed, waiting period and rotational direction can be individually customized to the screw assembly task.
The integrated transducer for torque torque and angle permits the exact control and supervision of the tightening process as well as the documentation of important processing parameters and guaranteesthe highest precision when tightening screws. An EC-Servo Screwdriver spindle is used in applications with high safety requirements (critical screw joints), where a direct measuring system is specified.
The brushless EC-motors are the prerequisite for the maintenance-free operation without wear parts. This screwdriver provides outstanding dynamics and high peak torques - ideal for the tightening of screws.
To operate the stationary Screwdrivers, the sequence controller AST30 or AST40 with integrated power supply is used. The sequence controller already contains finished base-programs for common tightening processes, so that the start-up requires only a couple of steps. The sequence controller AST30 and AST40 can easily be integrated with your host PLC.
Comprehensive software add-on modules allow the data acquisition and graphical display for statistical processing and screw-joint analysis.
This range of screwdrivers now also feature the optionally available Friction Tightening process where the friction of each screw assembly is calculated and then a pre-determined torque value is added to it.
